This notice explains how Yummy Yum Foods Ltd uses personal information when you visit this website, contact us or submit an enquiry.
Who we are
Yummy Yum Foods Limited (company no. 04454721), registered in England and Wales, is the controller of personal information collected through this website. Information we collect
When you contact us, we may collect your name, company, email address, telephone number, enquiry type, product or range selection, development-brief details and the contents of your message. Required fields are marked *. Company and telephone details are optional for general enquiries; company and selected project details are required where they are needed to assess a bespoke-development brief.
Our hosting and form-security services may also process limited technical information such as an IP address, browser details, timestamps and security signals. To prevent repeated abuse, the website keeps short-lived keyed hashes and counters derived from an IP address and email address; it does not put raw IP addresses, email addresses or enquiry contents into that rate-limit store. Please do not include sensitive personal information in a general enquiry.
Why we use it
We use enquiry information to understand and respond to your request, assess whether we can support your requirements, discuss a possible commercial relationship and maintain appropriate business records. Our lawful basis is our legitimate interests in responding to enquiries that people choose to send us and managing potential business relationships. We do not add you to a marketing list solely because you submit an enquiry.
Who receives it
Enquiries are available only to authorised Yummy Yum staff who need them for commercial, administrative or technical follow-up. We also use trusted service providers for website hosting, form security, email delivery and business email. Secure direct form delivery, when enabled, uses Cloudflare Turnstile in managed mode for anti-abuse checks and Resend to deliver the enquiry email. Providers may process information only to supply those services under appropriate contractual arrangements. We may disclose information where required by law or to professional advisers where reasonably necessary.
International transfers
Some technology providers may process information outside the United Kingdom. Where that happens, we require an appropriate transfer safeguard recognised under UK data-protection law, together with suitable contractual and security measures.
How long we keep it
We normally keep enquiries that do not progress for up to 12 months so that we can respond, follow up and understand previous discussions. If an enquiry becomes an active project or customer relationship, relevant correspondence and records are kept for as long as needed to manage that relationship and meet legal, accounting or regulatory obligations. Security providers may retain limited anti-abuse records under their own documented retention schedules.
Your rights
Depending on the circumstances, you may have rights to ask for access to your personal information, correction, deletion, restriction of use or a copy in a portable format. You may also object to processing based on legitimate interests. These rights can be subject to legal limits.

Cookies and similar technology
We do not currently use advertising or analytics cookies. The page-transition effect does not store information in your browser. When secure direct form delivery is enabled, the contact page uses Cloudflare Turnstile to distinguish genuine visitors from automated abuse; that service processes limited browser and connection signals for security. We will update this notice before adding any non-essential analytics or advertising technology.

Please contact us first so that we can try to resolve your concern. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at Wycliffe House, Water Lane, Wilmslow, Cheshire SK9 5AF, by calling 0303 123 1113 or through the ICO complaints service.
